Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. was on the verge of fronting a new campaign to withdraw from the Vietnam War and combat poverty in America, and possibly the rest of the world. It was called the Poor People´s Campaign. He was assassinated before he had the chance to march forward with his vision. Here is a link for an article that sums it up…
