It’s your time. Your heart knows. Even if your mind is afraid, uncertain, or hesitant.

Increasingly, individuals are refusing to wait any longer for external authorities to solve the crises we’re facing, and one by one they are standing up to “be the one.” Waiting not for approval, permission, confidence or agreement, we are choosing to honor the authority of our own hearts and minds.

In the VisionForce Manifesto, we call this phenomenon, The Rise of the Visionary, and with it is coming a great shift in power we call The Vision Revolution. The more the authority or majority attempts to stop the Rise of the Visionary, the stronger the the Revolution grows.

You’ve been SENSING it: An uprising of the human spirit across the globe:

1 – Ever increasing conflict and confrontation, as individuals rise up, take a stand for something and confront the powers that be.
2 – Ever increasing fear and destruction as opposing forces collide in struggles for power over others (Positionary Power).
3 – Ever increasing disgust with this struggle for power over others.
4 – Ever increasing demand for creative, compassionate, visionary approaches to the challenges we face.
5 – Ever increasing surges and advancements in human creativity, courage from love, compassion, heart-based wisdom, inspired vision and the ability to transcend differences and create from conflict (Visionary Power).
6 – Ever increasing numbers of individuals rising up, taking a stand for something.

The Rise of The Visionary

Thanks to a myriad of environmental factors, such as increasing economic freedom and increasingly powerful and affordable technologies, individuals are rising into their power more than every before, and they’re rising into a new kind of power – their creative Visionary Power, which is easily seen in the great emergence of entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, and internet-based commerce, education, inspiration and activism worldwide.

Your Visionary Power

What we’re calling your Visionary Power includes all the natural and universally revered powers of the human mind and spirit to transcend fear-based illusions, habits and cultural norms. Your Visionary Power includes your courage from love, vision born of your heart, compassion that transcends fear-based judgment, courageous expansive self-honesty, your uninhibited questioning and reasoning mind, your instinct for bold initiative, your ability to stand in peace and presence in the face of chaos, inspired creativity expressed through your voice, bold actions and ways of being. And your sacred honor, the sacred fire of your heart.

The Vision Revolution

The more individuals rise into their Visionary Power, the more the fear-based individuals and institutions currently tend to attempt to suppress and constrain their power. Yet, having tasted their freedom, fulfillment and virtue of their Visionary Power, the Rising Visionaries will not be suppressed or constrained. Instead; they turn within to access even more courage from love, deep compassion, inspired vision and creativity. The result? They grow in their Visionary Power, and they inspire, liberate and empower of even more individuals to rise into their natural Visionary Power.

Attempts to stop the Revolution or suppress the Rising Visionary only flame the fire, and drive the evolution of the Rising Visionary and her technologies.

The Old Power

Consider that the powers of fear and domination—of brute force, coercion, intimidation, deception and manipulation are the powers of the thug, the thief and the dictator. We call this “Positionary Power.” Consider that the default power that most human beings in the early 21st century still rely on in times of fear, crisis and conflict with other countries, our spouses, our children and even our selves. Consider the extent to which those of us who consider ourselves to be conscious and compassionate and aim to “make the world a better place” often seek to do so by forcing, manipulating or propagandizing others to conform to our idea of what’s “right” or “good.”

But using such methods to train our children, each other and our selves to act “good,” typically comes at the expense of liberating and nurturing our capacity for greatness, our capacity to act from the courage of our love, from compassion, from inspired creativity, from fearless reasoning, from broad scope self-honesty.

The cost? The irrational, upside down world of fear, violence, coercion, corruption, addiction, depression, abuse, disease, self-destruction and environmental degradation we see today.

The Rising Visionaries have lost confidence in the old ways of forcing ourselves and each other to be someone’s idea of “good.” Inspired by the visionaries and luminaries who have been changing our world for the better without acting from fear-based power, millions of visionaries are rising up to follow in their footsteps. Emerging technologies are now empowering billions to use the power of the naturally creative and compassionate human mind and spirit to make a difference in the lives of others through entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, micro-lending, free or low cost internet-based education and information sharing, cross cultural community building, global social movement organizing, etc., etc.
