Great question. This is a bit of a different
invitation...
Rather than paying to get something, my invitation to folks is to make a
contribution to the joint effort, to the project, if you're inspired by what
we're up to and you'd like to participate. Ultimately, through our efforts I
am aiming to create material we can provide to other visionary folks free of
charge. If you'd like to support us in this, and join us with your ideas,
efforts, finances (even on a small level), you're more than welcome.
You may of course cancel any time... but this is more like taking up a fund to
prepare for a possible climb up the Himalayas... there's work and costs that
go into organizing it, and it's probably going to be a crazy adventure.
I'll be sharing more about this financing structure soon, but I believe it's
one thing about our American culture that keeps us so separate and in a lot of
ways broke... They way we are sold things and then evaluate whether we pay
based on what we think we will get. It's not wrong, it's just that it often
prevents the real wealth of building deep connections with folks, because
people show up in the spirit of 'I'm here to get mine,' rather than 'what can
i contribute.' From my personal adventure the last several years and time in
other cultures, I'm experiencing a whole new "wealth" than what I ever
experienced before. (For example, traveling six continents for two years
barely spending any of my own money, yet being received and cared for in the
most exotic locales... it's just one example, but I am desiring to create ways
that open this possibility to more people).
