Collaborate In The Creation
of A Visionary Learning Environment For The Rising Visionaries of Our Time.
This environment is intended to
accelerate the painful learning curve that derails many promising visionaries
from their path.
Purpose: To Provide Increased Protection And Support To The Rising
Visionaries, Who Are Creating Our Future, At A Critical Time
Context: Based
on my personal experience in the "visionary change agent / entrepreneur" sphere
for the last decade (and many painful lessons), I see that there are many
inspired individuals who are beginning to help humanity awaken and evolve (and
becoming entrepreneurs by offering their workshops, coaching, books, etc.), who
may be being led, and leading themselves and others to unnecessary pain and
loss.
What's at stake, in my view, is enormous as
there are mounting crises ahead, and the choices we make as change-agents now
will determine how fit we are to lead and create in times of crisis.
Vision: A daring, inquisitive
and rogue force of Mad Creatives and Black Sheep Visionaries unite to 1)
face what others are not facing in the world of leadership, coaching, human
development, transformation and entrepreneurial guruship; 2) call out "The
Emporer Has No Clothes!" (in constructive ways of course), 3) assess the risks
of Nude Emporers running things, and 4) ask, what can we do?
In the process we craft a Visionary
Learning Environment for Visionary Teachers, Coaches, Facilitators and
"Gurus," which,

Exposes many of the hidden traps along the
path of being a change-agent in 2011 and beyond

Exposes many of the hidden opportunities to
create New Wealth as a change-agent in 2011 and beyond (by New Wealth, I am not
referring to money)

Accelerates the learning curve of those who
begin down that path of inspired visionary / change agent

Opens up new pathways for living and
creating, which may be far more sound, safe, sustainable and rewarding.

Helps them to structure their own teaching,
coaching, workshops, etc., in ways that serve to bring about sustainable change,
visionary leaders rather than positionary leaders, etc.

Another Way to Stand For Our Rising Visionaries

Much of my time with
VisionForce over the last few years has been focused on supporting and defending
those who are taking a courageous stand for others in the face of the
disapproval and wrath of society.

Standing for
Visionary Peacemakers like Thad Crouch, who has given so much of his life to
stand for soldiers, who dare to defy their superiors and act on their
conscience.
-
Standing for
Visionary Mothers like Rachael Bush, who took a stand for herself and her
children in the face of incredible criticism and cultural pressures.
-
Standing for
visionary entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, musicians,
activists, parents and more.
It is individuals,
such as these, who I believe hold the most promise for bringing about a world
that reflects our highest potential.
These are humanity's
Rising Visionaries: the ones who are willing to face what others dare not face,
feel what others are too afraid to feel, and take a stand for when others dare
not stand.
Last year I engaged a
visionary entrepreneur to craft a web site for VisionForce, to further support
these Rising Visionaries. The site was to be a critical part of our
PeaceMakers Boot Camp last year.
After about $50,000 invested in this project, and the PeaceMakers Boot Camp
postponed indefinitely, I began an incredibly painful learning experience.
I intend to share
many of the things I've learned through that painful experience, and many of the
things I've learned on the path of a change agent over the last decade or so.
I also intend to have conversations with visionaries in my sphere, as well as
conversations with those who join the ExploreForce and others.

Financing This Project
I could structure this as a high-priced coaching
program, workshop or some other offering, and then sell it to Rising
Visionaries. I'm very familiar with this model, and have earned a lot of
money through such models. But, I'm not going to.
Here's why:
- I am enjoying my life in South America, and have no
desire to promise and guarantee a bunch of things to folks, and then structure
my life as if I've got a full-time job, and stress my life out fulfilling on
those promises, even if it means stuffing my bank account. That
lifestyle is not wealth to me!
- Further, a program that is designed to "give" the
customer "results," is often quite limited. I've found that the most
transformative environments are ones where everyone is coming open, in the
spirit of contribution and adventure, owning full responsibility for what's
created. Such programs also tend to put the "customer" in control of his
"transformation," which may lead to some linear growth, but seldom to
transformation. (I won't expand on these concepts now, but suffice it to
say, I'm desiring to create something far richer here than another "program.")
- I'm interested in continuing to build New Wealth from
this that goes far beyond money. New Wealth for me includes meeting and
collaborating with others around the world, who are facing similar challenges,
and asking similar questions in a peer-to-peer context. I'd love to
expand my worldwide network of visionaries, and I'd ultimately like to meet
you in "the real world."
- I'm aiming to take most of what gets created from
this venture, and make it available for FREE to the Rising Visionaries
around the world through the VisionForce Academy online.
So, I'm doing something some might call crazy. I'm
asking folks to help FUND the creation of this project, while co-creating it
with me, so we can give it away to other Rising Visionaries for FREE!
I'm not asking for much. But the reality is, I
can't do this alone. I need the brilliance, efforts and capital of others
to help me with this. I don't need a ton of cash, but I do need to pay
basic expenses.
