Perhaps it could serve as a model for future rural development (deployment?) that could combine with "drive-by wi-fi" (see <a href="http://twohandsapproach.org/pmachine/comments.php?id=271_0_1_0_C" rel="nofollow">my blog entry</a> for more on that.
